Mr. Wang bought Cordyceps flower sauce online. Cordyceps flower, is a novel food ingredient. However, Mr. Wang found out that 'Not suitable for infants, children and people who is allergic to edible fungi' is not labelled on the package according to the requirement of  Announcement No.10 [2014] of the former National Health and Family Planning Commission. 

The court sentenced: the e-commerce company was required to refund Wang's purchase payment ( RMB 1,600) and to compensate Wang of RMB 16,000. Wang was required to return all the involved products within 10 days after the judgment came into effect.
